Julie had her follow-up appointment with Dr. Sgambati in Denver today. Everything appears to be healing well. The fluid buildup in her abdomen is normal and should absorb within a week or two, we were told. (It will speed the healing to be off the steroids by the end of next week.)

Red Sox-Rangers game

William experienced his first Red Sox game vs. the Texas Rangers in August. It was humid and in the 90s until well past 8 p.m., but he enjoyed the crowd and we were treated to a thrilling late rally by the Sox to win it.
