Cool car I just got a 53 Packard clipper deluxe two door with continental kit, extended rear bumper with tire on trunk. I saw it years ago and trying to plan transport for a couple thousand miles.

Good luck

Glad to hear you are healing up so well, so soon. Sounds like you are ahead of schedule a bit. Hope you know when to take it easy. I imagine the staff at the hospital lets you know if you are getting to much exercise.
Sorry to hear about your friends passing. She sure sounds like she lived life to the fullest and died doing something she loved.
Say hello to Mike and Will when you get the chance.
Hope you continue your recovery and all is well and back to normal as soon as possible.
                                                   Take care,

Julie,
I dont know if you'll remember me--I was at Grinnell with you, but was already a former athlete by then. I remember you as a smart, strong, hardworking ballplayer, and someone with a ready smile. I came across your entry while searching online for more information about Guen, hoping I might find it was all a cruel joke. Its not, but it speaks so well of her that in my first three hits, I came upon an eloquent quote she gave about a novel she'd read, your post, and the link to her work at Lawline (where she was a lowly intern when I last chatted with her about work....not a staff attorney.) Thanks for your kind words about her. She was such a good person. It sounds trite, but she just seemed to have more patience & more insight than the rest of us, and an endless ability to see more than one side of an issue. She could be naughty, but I never once saw her be mean. I'm sorry to hear youre dealing with so much personally, but I really enjoyed the pictures of your son--what a knockout! Clearly, you've not let your health keep you all from living the good life--Well done. Take good care, and know that there's one more fan out there, rooting for your good health.

Fondly,

Suze Palinski '94

Julie - It sounds like this is a very necessary surgery to help to improve your quality of life. Good luck with everything and be patient with yourself during the recovery period. And just think – you will be feeling 100 times better come May 29th!

The table, chairs, and cushions are Kettler. We got them from Outpost Sunsports:

I think many places carry that brand.
